Can surgical procedure remove excess skin after weight loss?
This involves making an incision in the skin crease from the groin, round the inside of the leg next to the labia in to the crease of the buttock.
Although every hard work is made to put this scar in to a skin crease, with time & gravity it tends to leave the crease & become visible when you wear a bathing suit.
It is a comparatively major procedure & often requires to days in hospital. Over the years, my experience has found that the results tend to be disappointing.
Occasionally ladies who have lost plenty of weight have great folds of redundant skin. In these cases, removing the skin with vertically - leaving a scar walking down on the inside of the thigh towards the knee is a better option, although it does leave a way more visible scar.
Either of these procedures can interfere with the water drainage (lymph) of the legs & could leave lumpy scars which take time to heal & settle.
This is not an operation to enter in to lightly. It takes plenty of discussion between the patient & the surgeon & it can be difficult to discover a surgeon who has plenty of experience with this operation for the reasons outlined above

Free Weight Loss Tips
Welcome to the list of The Diet Lose weight weight loss tips. The aim here is not only give you a great list of suggestions, but also help to separate the useful from the useless advice.
I believe that one end of the weight loss anything that might in any way be useful to a person looking to lose weight. It could have something to do with your diet plan or exercise program, or maybe just the mental aspect of weight loss, such as staying motivated and sticking to your diet. It may be simply a way to improve your lifestyle to make it ideal for losing weight.
In fact, any piece of positive information that could benefit anyone trying to lose weight will be included in this list. Moreover, with each end of the weight loss review a "tip". By that I mean I will include my own common sense view of the usefulness of that point. You're welcome to disagree with this view, of course, but in most cases, I'll probably be thinking the same thing.
This list of weight loss tips will be updated continuously, on the road. So every time something new pops into my head or otherwise come to my attention, I'll be sure to add to this list.
Keep a workout and diet log or journal.
I'ma big fan of it. Progress is achieved by improving what you've done. This applies to the progress of training, too. Want to get stronger? Want to increase muscle? If so, you will need to make progress. To do that you will need to keep track of how much weight lifted and how many sets and repetitions for each exercise lifted. By knowing this information, you will know exactly what you need in your training do next time to improve it.
Were you able to do a given exercise for a certain weight for 8 reps? The next time you try to do 10 repetitions of the same weight, or try adding 5 pounds and get the same 8 repetitions. This type of progress is what causes muscle and strength gains, and is only possible when one knows exactly what he did the previous workout so we can improve.
As you learned in your diet weight loss, one of the most important parts of your diet plan weight loss is to keep track of how many calories and grams of protein, carbohydrates and fat you're eating every day. No matter how big you think your memory is, keeping track of everything (paper, on the team, fitday.com, etc) is the only way you will be able to keep track of precisely as possible.
Sleep enough!
Hold on. If you're thinking "Wait, are you saying that you can lose weight just by sleeping? AWESOME !!!!" you would be wrong. Sleep not only causes weight loss. However, it will help. There are plenty of scientific reasons and for that, and if found in 1% of people reading this who want to know why, email and let me explain. If you are in the other 99%, just know that getting enough sleep certainly help you lose weight.
That's not all. You know how it feels when you are tired? You become lazy. I do not need to do anything. Well, when you are aim is to lose weight, can not be lazy & you can not feel like doing nothing. Sleeping will eliminate this problem.
